Any plans on making the musical number available online? That was incredible. I’d love to see that again.

Yes, I think we’ll have it up. Check the npccproduction.org site later this week.

Hello- I am the Technical Director for a Larger church in MN, and was unable to make it to Drive. BUt I saw videos of it online. AMAZING WORK! Great Job. I was wondering- with the Spyder System, did you have two (2) projectors on the center screen connected together? I guess I am wondering how the center section is not the Standard 16:9 Aspect Ratio.

    Two things….

    1. We had to pull the videos due to some conflicting information we had with copyrights. We thought we had secured the correct licensing, but discovered that we were not covered, so we had to pull the videos. Sorry about that.

    2. Taylor- We used one projector for the center screen, fed by the Spyder. The only things the Spyder really did for us was the scaling to take a 1920 x 1080 signal and squeeze it down to 1920 x 486, and the Spyder also allowed us to switch some live sources to that center screen.

    Hey Micah
I attended DRIVE and got a chance to chat with you after the final session. It was incredibly helpful and needed info, thank you for your time. I have been using the videos from Drive openers as examples and training tools, and all of a sudden there gone! I realize why and just wonder is there any chance of them coming back? Could a person pay for a DVD with them on their that would cover copyright?

I know you got plenty going on, but you guys did such a great job at DRIVE, that your work can be used to an even greater degree when WE can share it with our teams at home.

    thanks,
    joshua

    Hey Joshua-

I really wish we could release them in some form, but we’re just not able to at this time. I am really sorry about that. We totally know the value in them as a teaching tool… that’s really why they were up on our volunteer site in the first place… celebration and training.

    Micah
